Item Description:
Here is a very nice looking French Style Visible Escapement Mantle Clock. It measures 18 ¼ inches high and 14 inches across. The dial is 5" in diameter, and it is roman numeral porcelain, with a Brocot Style Visible Escapement in the front of the dial. It has bevelled glass in the crystal and also in the lower glass, which shows the simulated mercury pendulum very well. Althought this french style clock is not an antique, it is really a good looking piece, with its brass turned and spiral brass columns and brass finials. It does have $40shipping charges within the Continental USA.
